Dual Company Structure Package

This package includes everything you need to set up your business under a dual company structure. You’ll receive ACN applications with ASIC for 2 companies (an operating company and a holding company), and ABN applications for 2 businesses.

You’ll also get an electronic company register pack for each company, including the Certificate of Registration, Constitution, Share Certificates, Copy of Form 201, Register of Members, and all required resolutions and consents.

In addition, we’ll draft an Intercompany IP Licence for use with your holding and operating companies.

Our Dual Company Structure package starts at $500 + GST. This includes the ACN registration and fee for 2 companies, as well as the initial ASIC setup fee. However, once your companies are set up, you will need to pay an ASIC annual review fee for each company. The first payment will be due in 1 year.
