Standard Form of Agreements (Telecommunications)

A Standard Form of Agreement sets out the general terms and conditions for providing your telecommunications services, including pricing, term, network levels, and any installations if required. It should be made available on your website for customers to access.

As part of our fixed-fee Standard Form of Agreement package, you’ll receive an agreement drafted to meet the needs of your telecommunications business. You’ll also get phone consultations with our expert lawyers and one complimentary amendment to the final draft we provide to you.

These packages start at $500 + GST. Please note that if any installation services, such as NBN or routers, are required, additional fees will apply.
