The contents of your Terms of Sale will depend on the type of goods you’re selling. Typically, they will include information about when title in the goods will be transferred and what happens if there are issues with delivery, payment, or defects in the goods.

Our fixed-fee Terms of Sale packages start at $1250 + GST.
