As part of this package, you’ll receive the key documents you need to run your tour business: a set of Terms & Conditions for your customers, and a Liability Waiver.

A Liability Waiver can help reduce your risk if injuries or harm arise during the trip. Your Terms & Conditions are also important because they cover key matters such as what services are included in your package, payment obligations, cancellation fees, liability limitations and other protections for your business.

The Australian Consumer Laws also require certain matters to be reflected in your Terms & Conditions, and we’ll make sure those requirements are met.
