Privacy Policies (Health Service Provider)

A Privacy Policy is required by law if you fall within the criteria prescribed under the Privacy Act. In particular, as a health service provider, you are often collecting sensitive information from clients that needs to be used and stored in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles. A Privacy Policy sets out what personal information you collect and how that information will be used by you and/or disclosed to third parties.

Our fixed-fee Privacy Policy (GDPR) packages start at $500 + GST. This includes a Privacy Policy drafted for general use on your website, and a phone consultation with a Sprintlaw lawyer who can answer your questions about the document.
